It is the longest celebrated Festival in Nepal which is celebrated for 10 days by worshiping the goddess Durga. Dashain is the festival of joy and happiness. It is the festival that helps to forget all the sorrows and enjoy that moment very joyfully. All the people buy new clothes and go to relatives to celebrate dashain. Many people cut goat in dashain as it is our tradition . Many of the peoples living in the cities who were doing the jobs return to their respective villages to celebrate the great festival dashain.
